I, too, have been going to many shows a month for about a decade now. Unfortunately, I find myself unable to tune out the mentioned examples. This seems like a great quality I wish I'd possess. Like being able to sleep anywhere. Crazy how some people can do that, right?

I never understood recording a concert because the reality is NOBODY is going to care besides you. Even your closest friends will see you post that s*** on your story and will most likely just be like “wow cool” and forget about it instantly. It’s a thinly veiled way to show off that your doing something to people who will never care nearly as much as you do

The pandemic and lack of live music meant that Gen Z never had an opportunity to learn the unspoken rules of concerts/festivals from a majority older crowd like millennials and those before us did, so now we're faced with a majority crowd where no one knows how to live anymore.

I like to take a pic here and there for a few moments, maybe record a song or just a little piece. I get wanting to have a recording for the memory of it

Tbf if you're actually recording a good quality video then people will want to see it. Most of my concert videos have thousands of views on YT for that reason

yeah I went to the paris texas and kenny mason shows and both times had some turned up crowds bro lol
