You usually want your DPS carries to be at least 70/80 but 80/90 is recommended to get that extra ascension stat boost

And than for supports, you don’t need them higher than 60/70 cause that’s when you can get their talents to 6 unlock their 2nd passive and with I think the last update that’s when elemental damage effects kick in or something aha

And don’t try to build every character. For now just focus on those 8-10 leveled up to 60+ with their talents and artifacts built.

After that when you have solid teams built, you can start adding more to expand your options

It honestly depends on how the RNG goes for you for artifact drops.

To FULLY build up both teams, might be like a month plus, but like I said, focus on getting your DPS carry up to solid stats like 50%+ Crit rate, 110%+ Crit damge then get your supports up to serviceable amount, like level 12 artifacts and the right set, then go back and focus on your carries again and try your best to get to 70/140 for crits then after that go and try to get better stuff for your supports

But for supports, you can Lowkey half ass their artifacts as long as you got the right sets lol. The strength or substats of the artifact doesn’t matter too much unless their whole kit is built around cause they’re only gonna be on field for a few seconds compared to your Main DPS

Artifact grinding might make me quit playing this game

Yeah s***s complete RNG so it could take forever for perfect or even really good ones
Been grinding the new set in Inazuma for the past week and I have 1 amazing piece and like 1 solid and the rest are garbage or barely useable

Compared to other gachas, this is pathetic. especially when you consider the fact that mihoyo is raking in billions of dollars. believe we got more rewards from the lantern rite festival earlier this year

Yeah anniversary should have been a bigger event with more rewards for the players, you don’t hit year 1 everyday but at the same time i feel like 10 intertwined fates, 300 primos, Free 5 star is decent enough. Maybe next time will be better

i know ppl were speculating that (or hoping for it), but don't believe that got confirmed. if that is the case, then that's much better.

generally gachas start off pretty stingy in terms of resources, then progressively start to give out more and more free s***. seeing as genshin is only a year old at this point, i'm not super surprised they're not giving more, but it's not like they're hurting for money or anything lol. i imagine as time goes on, we'll start seeing more generosity from them.

oh, she's not a part of the anniversary. she's just coming out during 2.1 (2.2 for other platforms), along with the anniversary. pretty sure all we're getting is 10 wishes and that's it (assuming there's no surprises). at least with the latern rite festival, we got the 10 wishes, some misc materials, and got to pick a free 4* liyue char.

the addition will be pretty cool, though her being a 5* doesn't mean much since she's a collab character. seems like there's no way get constellations on her (think i saw she gets a weapon and that can't even r5?).

who you going for? i'm prob gonna scoop raiden, even though the leaks are saying she's doesn't seem like anything special (and legit don't have a team to toss her on lol). curious to see how yae'll turn out. might get c1 on hu tao because it's pretty awful having to deal with stamina management with all her charged attacks.

shame about kokomi having a legit dumpster fire of a kit. prob one of the best designs in the game too

Can’t skip out on a God, Yae’s character design is dope (chance I’ll skip tho), Ganyu IMO is i skippable because she’s literally the most OP character in the game, Hu Tao is a monster DPS and her character design and personality are great (but possibly skip? I have A great Diluc already and my XiangLing is really solid too so idk if I need more Pyro characters

yeah, as much as i love albedo, it's harder to justify him on the team because the inazuma samurai (and damn near every boss) can destroy his flower elevator, so the best i really get out of him is just the geo resonance w/ zhongli still a 10/10 character design though.

hard to justify not going for ganyu tbh. i was fortunate enough to basically get her for free, but ended up dropping her for ayaka since i prefer her playstyle a hell of a lot more.

at least we have a decent idea of who's coming so you can better plan your primos. guess there's always the crystal top up reset coming with 2.1
