Shes doing kinda low numbers even when i hit crits, like the autos or charged attack does 4k max

as much as i love baal and her design, she's prob getting skipped. kujou sara ain't looking too great either. shame that mihoyo is too incompetent to balance their characters

What weapon you running?
Maybe try to get a bit more Crit rate on her
Even with double cryo and blizz, if your not freezing em, that’s only an extra 35% (don’t remember the exact math, could be wrong) extra Crit rate

So you’d just barely be crossing 50%
Try to aim for a minimum 60% but with blizz I think 70% would be better and consistent

Was blessed to pull Raiden Shogun on my first 10 pull on my 50/50 at 40 wishes into the banner

Finished grinding out the electro boss and her stats looking solid with the full set

Got her with Skyward Spine
4 Piece Emblem set
1900 ATK
63% Crit Rate
120% Crit Damage
257% Energy Recharge

And got her talents at 6/6/8

believe skyward spine r1 is slightly better for baal, right? regardless, it's gonna be a b****. at least it seems to be permanent, so you can do it whenever.
