Im like 6 mins in and he's pretty accurate but it's good to keep in mind that he's speaking from the perspective of how to maintain US power over other countries, I mean he literally said it's a great thing that the US can invade other countries.

What he said that it's good for Ukraine to try to pull the US in is one thing that obviously hasn't turned out to be the right choice seeing the situation they're in now.

However from his perspective, maintaining US empire, there's a rationale for it, not for Ukraine tho.
