You want Telly, then you got it, you want Prada, then you got it
You want Ricky, then you got it, you want Vivienne, you got it
âEvery black misandric notion a hindrance in devotion, if curses canât be broken through carceral hypnosis, then why I feel the need to throw away the keyâ
Shoutout to the homie Seb playing on 4L
This nigga really f***ed around and dropped some of his most lyrical/hardest s*** ever on his âmainstreamâ project. Heâs also sneakily dropping gems on the 1st half dont let it go over ya head.
He really did level up his production and it makes sense why he always talking bout on his socials bout moving away from his old sample heavy style. (Wanna avoid sample issues + niggas making the âooh peggy because my knowledge of anyone being creative with samples is p4k and nothings else.â) Love the live instruments and tracks like The Apple sound like a goddamn opera. Also @Eeleye f***ing dope job.
Ngl I was nervous when he kept being all like âim tryna be a rapper im done with the political s***â cause that was what brought a nigga in (george Jackson references on a song sampling justin beiber are crazy) but listening to this, he also kinda didnât in a way
But he said in an ig q&a he felt like super slave he was just ranting a lot and he didnt really like that. I get it. That last track (I even f*** with why he titled it that) really puts if together.
This a fire f***ing album.
I'm getting on they nerves like leprosy is a bar

i know hes his own artists and proves it constantly and i dont mean this as disrespect cause i love both their music but he reminds me so much of 2020s Lupe writing and style wise
Listening to this now. Is the skit at the end of "Leprosy" original? It's REALLY good. I hope if they continue for every track, they stay that quality.
Ahhh I'm happy to get to Act 2. Finally can hear the bars this nigga is saying. E L U C I D and McKinley Dixon joints are two of the strongest. The production on the latter really pulled me in.
some of the production feels a bit... dated??
idk i like some of the songs though but i don't know if im completely sold on Ghais yet
