In the context of this theory we’ll likely never have proof, so it’s all speculation.

But you have a billionaire who had a private island with s***slaves operating basically in the open, while being the subject of conspiracy theories. High profile people did visit the island. How he made his fortune was a mystery. He was previously arrested and sentenced for s***crimes, but would only actually stay in prison one day a week. He had fake passports and blackmail on multiple powerful people.

Then he’s arrested again. While jailed, he spends most of his time hanging out with his lawyers in a closed room. He attempts suicide, which we have no video of because they saved a video of the wrong cell. Then he actually commits suicide, which we also have no video of, because again, they saved video of the wrong cell (and other angles that would have shown the door of the cell at least, were corrupted). And the security guards who were supposed to be watching him were both sleeping.

He was sending money to other inmates “for protection”. Epstein accuses his cell mate, a former cop in prison for four murders, of trying to kill him during the first suicide attempt. He was on suicide watch for a week, then was taken off and assigned a required cell mate, that was removed from his cell the night he “killed himself”. The security guards did not perform their “once every half hour” checks for 8 hours, despite him being 15 feet from where they sat.

Since dying, millions of dollars have left his account, which his estate lawyers have had no explanation for.

So, it’s totally possible that this powerful figure killed himself 15 feet away from security guards who were just sleeping and not doing their job, and it just coincidentally happened while all of the cameras that would prove this happening malfunctioned, and the only proof that he was suicidal to begin with malfunctioned as well.

But I don’t feel like it’s that outlandish to think that a billionaire could have bought his way out of prison. He’s used to buying people off. He had ample time to plan. He’d have to buy off a coroner, the guards, paramedics, and a few inmates. How much do you think that would really cost? Epstein could afford it.

That’s the scenario where he’s alive, the scenario where he was murdered isn’t far fetched either to me. The guards would need to be paid off, the camera malfunctions so it doesn’t show anybody enter the room. He already claimed people were trying to kill him and paid other inmates for protection. He would definitely have a lot of people who would want him dead.

You said it’s unsubstantiated and naive, I give a reply showing all the oddities and you hit me with the TLDR

How often is the person committing suicide a powerful billionaire? How often do those suicidal powerful billionaires also pay other inmates for protection? How often is the person committing suicide supposed to have a cell mate that is inexplicably moved, when that cell mate is required in response to being taken off suicide watch? How often do prison suicides occur where all cameras that could capture the event malfunction while the guards sleep 15 feet away? How often does millions of dollars go missing from the suicide victim’s bank account and the estate lawyers have no explanation for it?

The amount of happy coincidences makes it sketchy. If you want to believe that he just finally felt remorse after decades of doing this then aight. But he didn’t kill himself out of fear of going to prison.

That's fine and dandy but you are seriously underestimating how easy it is to kill yourself in prison. It is far, far more likely that the billionaire who basically lost all the riches one could ever dream didn't wanna be in jail and offed himself like he tried a week earlier. You're using your "evidence" to push a conspiracy theory but all the evidence is really just everyday conditions of prisons all over the country.

I’m not saying it would be incredibly hard to kill yourself in prison. I’m saying that it is wildly sketchy that despite all the cameras, both his suicide attempt and actual suicide had no video due to malfunction and retrieval error. Not just that the guards didn’t do their job, but that the investigators were left with no video footage because the only footage saved was of the wrong cell?

And given that the dudes whole life was a conspiracy that everyone thought was crazy but turned out to be true, idk why his death should be any different.

There had been one recorded suicide at that facility in the last 21 years. It was deemed ultra secure.

Not to mention he should have been on suicide watch considering the earlier attempt.

There are a whole host of inconsistencies and oddities.

There are no oddities the only evidence people use is standard prison conditions. Sure he could have been murdered but there is not one piece of halfway decent evidence suggesting homicide over suicide and pretending there is is evidence of homicide is naive, unsubstantiated, and requires poor news literacy.
