Singer Debra Killings sang on a lot of TLC songs. Big Boi even called her the 4th member of TLC.

Lots of ppl think its Chilli but its actually mostly Debra singing the chorus on Creep

Many artists back then would include vocals from the original demo and artist, I can think of a handful off the top of my head. Its just that JLO did it so much its makes her look ridiculous and it doesn't help that she can't sing.

Lol most times it doesn't mean much, it's not really a milli vinilli situation. I mean the original vocals are there because those artists made the original demos. It's not like Toni and them lip synced to those vocals live. It's just like having a back up singer but on the record track.

Everyone from Usher to Mariah Carey has had other people singing the chorus to their tracks. Some of those same artists have sang the chorus on other peoples tracks without technically being listed as a feature.
