Flaboiand in 2021, not the 60's, there are many ways to find some boots.
i'm not referring to homeless in this post or 3rd world countries. Because i don't have a solution to that. It's horrible how the government lets its people down in that aspect. I don't have answer for that though.
im speaking on the average american who struggles paycheck to paycheck.
discipline with time and money will take you far.
if you get off work at 5, you have about 4 hours free. do you come home decompress and watch netflix/youtube all night? or do you study a skill that will get you paid eventually.
and if you gotta be at work by 9, don't wake up at 7:30. wake up at 5, now you just added an extra 7 hours to your day.
it's about delayed gratification.
in no way do i think people are out here not trying to make it. i do think, they could try a smarter way.
previously i mentioned this idea in another thread and i was given the response "poor people can't enjoy life???" well if you're poor, not being poor should be top priority, not non essentials

Y’all really can’t read between lines
I’m not saying it’s a good thing.
The government is failing its people and they should have a system in place where people shouldn’t have to do everything on their own or without some type of kick starter from them.
However that is not the reality of the situation in America as of right now.
So no it’s not a good thing that people have to hustle water. but for people to make it seem like it’s impossible to better their situation, even by a little, it just sounds ridiculous.
Like nigga if you have a car, go DoorDash. If you had a kid are you gonna tell your son they can’t eat cause you ain’t got no money? You gonna find a way to feed your kid.
Again, I’m only saying it is possible to better your situation.
And I’m saying, yes enjoy life,family and friends, at the Same time, if you do not like where you at, you will need to sacrifice some of that time to focus on bettering that situation.
There are generational sinkholes where it’s hard as f*** to get out of a cycle of hardship . But To say getting your mind right and putting your energy and focus on stopping the cycle is bullshit, is just stupid
