Nah they definitely can launch a few stinkbombs if you catch my drift. My girl and I had a game where we would trick the other person into kneeling or sitting or such to then proceed and let a big one rip in their face when they least expect it (as a prank). Due to her East Asian diet and her exquisite metabolism, she soon overtook me in this peculiar game and outright dominated the scoreboard. Many a laughs and quite a few hearty whiffs were had.
