I'll be watching. Don't expect Badr to be competitive past the opening 1 or 2. Pow/Zouggary is a good fight too.
Serious return to form for Badr coupled with Rico looking like the hype got to him. Sucks it ended that way. Rico losing and a trilogy would've been great for Glory and kickboxing as a whole.
what a s***ty ass end lmaooo

Yep, was shaping up to be an all timer too. Rico could very well have pulled it out late. As such, nobody wins. Fans lost. Glory lost. Rico lost. Badr lost. Tragic.

this card is cursed bro and Badr ain't getting younger. glory is doomed.
now I'm more certain than ever that prime Badr would beat Rico tho. this fight confirmed it for me

Not beat him. He would have dominated him and beat easily
8 Years ago Badr would have whooped his ass in the 1st easily
Badr looked as good as he's ever looked tbh. And Rico was still a live dog.

He looked totally out of shape and still was better. Rico is an average fighter in the K1

Out of shape? He came in 8 pounds lighter than the first lol. Maybe he missed a PED cycle and wasn't as lean. His handspeed was there.
Alex Pereira fought on the same card. Middleweight champion who has also dipped his toe in light heavyweight. He's one of the biggest punchers the sport has ever seen. Put Israel Adesanya out like a light.
Jamal Ben Saddik has been #2 to Rico in Glory for a long time. He actually beat Rico early in their careers. Rico avenged that loss with a KO in 2017. They should have a trilogy eventually. Saddik gets stoppage wins, but comparing him to Badr is a stretch. Daniel Ghita had a 4 year hiatus but he's back and proving he's still an elite finisher at HW.
Tenshin Nasukawa, the guy who fought Floyd, is a pretty good finisher. Has some really flashy rolling thunders. His rival Takeru Segawa is more of a boxer and he's iced some dudes. But really, a young guy the division below, Yoshiki Takei is on a Badr/Pereira type run. He's had 16 KOs in 21 fights.
Historically, Ray Sefo, Mark Hunt, Melvin Manhoef, Jerome Le Banner, Remy Bonjasky, Mike Zambidis, Gokhan Saki, Tyrone Spong. Honestly, Glory hasn't had much luck generating KOs compared to kickboxing's legacy. Go back and watch the K-1 HW and MAX WGPs. Those one night tournaments from the 90s and 00s were some of the craziest events in combat sports history.
Also, if you haven't seen Ruslan Karaev, who fought Badr twice, he's right up your ally. Guy was legit nuts in the ring.

Who couldnt breath after the 1st round. It was not the same badr hari

Dude, that's Badr Hari. He still managed to land a nice headkick that won him the third. He is not a fighter who paces himself.
Badr wouldve won. He is technically still the best fighter out there. The body is at his age just not meant to fight on this lvl anymore
