I've said this nearly every year but this time im not falling off the wagon. reply with your top 5 goals for 2020
1- stick to my gym plans. i was sticking to it for 3 months before i fell off and started making excuses. also plan on improving my swimming skills
2- read more books. trying to read at least 30 min a day
3- drink more water/ eat a f*** ton more ( need to bulk up)
4- learn a new hobby (painting)
5- fix awful sleep schedule
I do everything listed in OP but still feel like s***
So I guess my goals are something like this..
-read the Bible more
-accept myself with my flaws instead of cockblocking myself
-no more second-guessing
-make more music and perfect my craft
-do no fap for a year

1. ima be waking up and going to bed at the same hour every day i'm gonna craft the most beautiful sleep schedule ever seen and start putting in required effort uni
2. been doing a lot of cardio but want to put on some muscle so i'll be hitting the gym for their weights and stuff you know how it is
3. get a diet to bulk up and follow said diet for all that muscle stuff
4. i will continue playing on my guitar i've started logging my progress and hope to have a teary eye when i see my humble beginnings 30 years later
5. learn another roman language, italian/spanish
6. stop p*** inspired by fellow people in this thread who also know this L will likely be handed over as first.
I will be introducing it all a bit step per step so it don't blow up on my face

-Continue to intermittent fast. I went from 220 to 194 in a month. I want to get down to 160-170
-Spend more time with my dog and mother
-Cut off all the friends who I feel are holding me back
