Where all the ppl that can’t eat bread?
I eat a piece of toast and end up feeling like I was @ the buffet. It sucks bc I love bread
I think I’m especially effected by doughy stuff like pita, donut, and croissants all of which I love.
How do y’all work past this affliction
thats horribly depressing my condolences
i couldnt deal with it i have a sandwich almost every day i love bread
i know a few coeliacs, they just deal with it and make the appropriate adjustments
the range of gf foods readily available has really increased in recent years so you should be fine to find alternatives
maybe try an official test? cause it is an autoimmune disorder and if you keep pushing it it’ll f*** up your insides

I feel so bloated and it takes longer to digest. My sister and niece would break out in hives.
I only eat a few pieces of bread a day or I just get gluten free bread. Anymore and I get rashes and itchy.

Personally I get a sick/ bloated feeling going. Like imagine you just ate at the buffet…but you get that same feeling after eating a piece of bread. The sensation also lasts a pretty long time

Allergies can come at any time and any age, unfortunately. I don't have a gluten allergy (tho I do have IBS) but many years back I started having a rash around both my underarms. Came out of no where and turns out I was allergic to a chemical (propylene glycol) you find in EVERYTHING. I had an allergy test done through the healthcare and that's how I found out. Maybe try to get a test done and shop around diff brands of gluten free products.

Mine was a big patch test of all sorts of crap one could be allergic to.
But for you it will definitely be blood tests Not fun I know but once you get it done and get results, you will feel better knowing and can adjust what you eat.
Oh I know ALL about getting old good luck
