Like I get getting upset or worked up as a teacher even losing ur cool but telling a kid to dig their dead father up

Because tenure isn't hard to get, and once you get it there are a bunch of restrictions and s***, including it being very expensive. Inner city schools especially don't typically have money to just fire any nigga who does some s*** that's not outright illegal.
