I really like Hands On. I think it’s one of if not ye’s best song and yes I’ve listened to every album many times.

JiK is one of ye’s best albums but I believe it will take another 7+ years for people to give it the credit it deserves.

I think it’s more controversial/etc than 808s/yeezus/ye etc and I think that because of many reasons it gets unnatural amounts of hate.

Hmmm, which songs do you mean exactly. Listen to some Christian rock songs. They’re more “rock” and pop structured. God Is is more of a gospel song than a generic Christian song. On top of that it has drums doesn’t it, some churches will not use drums at all as they believe there’s some darkness to them. You can see kanye experimenting with no drums on yeezus and on bits of JiK and donda and elsewhere within the past 10 or so years, but on God Is he uses the drums which is pretty cool, a very slow drum beat but it works.

I agree completely it’s an excellent album. Really an enjoyable listen. People hate on it because of religion but “god”can be anything in your life that’s uplifting.

We hate it because all of the worst parts are the parts where Kanye is in it. All of the best parts are the instruments and features.

That’s why we dislike it.

It’s his most rushed sounding album. Ye was rushed sounding too but he stripped it down so it worked a little better overall. Jesus is King is both ambitious and rushed which is not a great combination. Lots of almost great moments ruined by complete laziness.
