Damn, where can you do that?
I just went back and did it, it's in Svartalfheim in the Dragon Beach area lol, idk how I missed that
Feel free to quote me if it happens.
They will never do Egypt. It is absolutely done and over my friend.
This series has hit it's finale.
And it should. No reason to do Egypt except for milking purposes. What justification will they have? Nothing good enough tbh.
what reason was there to do the norse mythology? plenty of people said they were milking the series before 2018 came out
if the story is written well enough any story can be extended
It honestly is pretty sad and bittersweet how Atreus just isn’t there anymore for any of the post game content

Glad I ran through most of the content and side quests with him ❤️
My only gripe with the story is thay Freyr absolutely went out stupid. It didn't seem like they actually needed him to die. I know he does in mythology and I'm fine with him sacrificing himself but it looked like he could just ran out with them lmao. At least have a scene where he jumps into Surtur or does something bigger.
Finally finished.
Loved the reflection in Thor being a mindless slave to Odín the same way Kratos was to Ares in GoW1, and how Kratos has grown to be less violent but that was already shown in GoW2018.
Think 2018 is still the better game and tells a better story. Thor looked terrifying the few times we see him in 18 and I don’t think he lived up to the hype here. Odin’s portrayal was soooo good but I’m a sucker for Richard Schiff he’s too nice. Freyr was a great addition in this game as a companion, really enjoyed seeing her and atreus relationship solidify and her and Kratos building comraderie.
Disappointed we never got to meet the real tyr and I thought the twist would be some time travel s*** where Kratos ends up being tyr all along by getting sent back in time during ragnarok. I also feel like getting all the armies for ragnarok was a bit rushed like magically the elves stop their bullshit to unite, we get an undead army an all that just to have all the temples blown up? Idk just get rushed and hand waved away
Still an amazing game. Gonna go finish some side stuff now
Edit: oh i also love how they incorporated post game content into the story. Think that’s very well done.

theres a side quest in the game where you do one of these things…. Visit nikfheim or whatever it’s called with all the ravens

Just completed the mask, how much longer of the main story would y’all say I have left?

I think it pretty much snowballs to the end from there

Didn't his sacrifice save alot of Midgardians that were stuck in Asgard too?
I think he didnt run off so he can hold off ragnorak long enough till most people can get out too.

Yeah but they frame it poorly and don’t really show what he does outside holding off one attack that still hits Atreus. In the mythology he fights Surtur for a good fight, in this one it just initially looks like he sacrificed his life to stop 1 attack when the way out was 10 feet away.
