Whew the boss fight with Magni and Modi

Finished the main story today.A beautiful game and nice story. Enemies became pretty repetitive though. ANd hard difficulty is some bullshit sometimes. instant 1 hit kills are no bueno.

I'll see if I do the Valkiries but I think I had my fun with the game. The combat is pretty nice even though on (hard) the enemies just tank everything.

Hard mode was aight, hate those f***ing man wolves.

I guess I was just underleveled so the one I was fighting was taking 4ever to kill. Didn't beat it. Said I'd come back to it. I was just getting really annoyed at this ones moveset. she will instantly close the gap to you and the do an AOE attack that basically instantly kills you. it's so hard to dodge.

i can play it safe but now that i do more damage i will probably try again.

i started that give me god of war difficulty and it was awful. everything is just tanky. feels like you're hitting rocks. their health is so high. and everything 1 shots you. turned it down to hard. first time i've ever turned down the difficulty.

Give Me A Challenge is the best difficulty I've seen in a game imo, was challenging enough to make you feel accomplished but not difficult to the point where it was frustrating. Only enemy type I hated encountering were the Wulvers

Valkyries are just about identifying the patterns and reacting appropriately, definitely do them. You'll fail a bunch of times but steadily learn when to block, when to throw your axe, when to dodge etc. Combat feels so fluid and natural in this game, I was beating some of them on my first attempt tipsy and high off x****

Make sure you have the best armor that works for your build equipped and upgraded when you face the queen tho, I was stuck for months getting her down to like 20% health or less every time and I was convinced I just couldn't beat her. Realized that I misunderstood how the game compares armor and switching would actually give me better stats. Got her on my second attempt after switching

Go for the platinum, its definitely doable. This and Spiderman are the only games I've managed to get a platinum for

The PS5 version of this game should be good. Good thing that I waited and didn't get it for the PS4

The quality between 3 and this is insane. They completely revamped the series with this and I still cherish the f*** out of this game, I think I always will. What a phenomenal creation

I just didn’t like the super armour mode they turn into. Everything just tanks all your hits. Wasn’t fun to me.

Part of the fun of these games is juggling enemies.

I’m more leveled up now that I beat the game so I’ll probably be fine now.

Nope... And it'll be worth the wait. I did the same thing with TLOU. Also for other reasons that really made it difficult for me to game so I've been forced to be on a gaming hiatus.
