Check out Noodlanding and Kiss All Hipsters. Very cheap (€3 if you RSVP on FB) clubnights where a lot of locals go to. Mostly students, lots of cute girls.

Eat some Japanese food at Ramen Ya. Also definitely try out Surinamese food. Very cheap and available on just about every street corner. It’s really f***ing good.

shrooms are illegal in the netherlands, truffles have the exact same active ingredient (psilocybin)

van gogh museum and rijksmuseum are great

red light district is too crowded at night it seriously kind of sucks now

if you want to f*** some hookers lowkey there's private houses like privehuis 118 where the girls are better and it's not that expensive

in de pijp there is also a less crowded red light district for locals and that neighborhood has great food bars etc anyway

it's near the heineken brewery which is ok too

there's still some good coffee shops, i like the haarlemmerbuurstraat for a little less crowded but close to centraal station.

weed is pretty good overall just don't buy pre-rolls or weak strains from tourist traps

also don't buy street designer d**** from sketchy guys, people have died from getting the wrong stuff

vondelpark if the weather is nice

bijenkorf is a department store with all the major hypebeast brands if you're into that. there's also the nine streets, negen straatjes which is hipster heaven

also rent a bike or get a public transport pass for the metro/trains
