I recommend putting up a few bucks for a good vpn. I used NordVPN which was decent and I just started using Mullvad which I am liking.

never heard of a mac tablet, but a good vpn for iPads are Proton VPN Free, Atlas VPN and Hotspot Shield. But i recommend to pay for an actual good service

If you're gonna pay for anything, it should be a VPN
