Let's start a thread where we can post some positive routines/regimens we could add to our daily lives.

It could be anything from waking up early to work out or how to divide your paycheck.

    What's this exactly?

“The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s.1 The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. Each interval is known as a pomodoro, from the Italian word for 'tomato', after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer that Cirillo used as a university student.2

  • Make sure ya room clean

This ones easy but makes a huge difference for your mental state tbh

The difference between sitting down to watch a movie/play a game/anything in a stuffy room filled with mad clothes on the floor and s*** hanging off your desks vs sitting down to watch a movie/play a game/anything in a fresh clean environment where ya can see the lineup of your bed, got a lil fan going, and you can see the shine off your floor nothing better

    What's this?

Pelvic floor muscles. You know that feeling when you pee and stop it midflow? It’s basically training those muscles — I believe it’s scientifically proven (probably not, but still) that if you actually do kegels as an exercise it strengthens erections and sexual stamina.

it’s not supposed to be complicated. quite the opposite it’s supposed to be like the least complex thing ever. here’s how I personally do it. first you lay down or sit in a comfortable position. then you start to relax your entire body, to the point where you have 0 tension anywhere. completely relax every muscle and everything. this can take a few minutes. then you’re ready to start. the goal is to try to clear your mind of any thought or inner conversation that you may be having. forget about literally everything for this brief moment. just focus on simply ‘being.’ try not to think about anything, just observe the emptiness and really try to feel it. obviously this is easier said than done, because random thoughts are gonna keep popping up. whenever that happens, don’t react to the thought. just observe it, and let it go away on its own, and try to recenter your focus on the absence of thought. it’ll be difficult at first but it will be a lot easier with time. you then try to keep that state for however long you want, the longer the better. 5-15 minutes is enough but you can go for 30+ too if you want. that’s basically it. afterwards you’ll naturally feel extremely refreshed and zen, and more present in the now. it’s like a mental reset. I do it shortly after waking up and before falling asleep, and at random intervals throughout the day.

here’s an extra step if you believe in it: i’m big into manifesting and in that meditative state is the best time to manifest. all you gotta do is, while in that state of focusing on the absence of thought, try to bring into your imagination and visualize yourself having whatever it is you desire. that’s it. if you have trouble visualizing, you can also repeat an affirmation (a sentence in the present tense). it has the same effect. it’s not necessarily gonna happen instantly, but you’ll find that things randomly start happening in relation to your desire and you’ll find yourself automatically being moved towards the obtention of your desire.

    good luck.
