I'm pretty sure that that version Good Morning is from VEVO/YouTube (some of the others in the list too), and Kanye's videos from College Dropout - My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (not counting All Of The Lights, and Lost In The World) are only available as 480p masters in the VEVO database (even Runaway )

I have managed to track down most of the videos in best quality possible, and I've never seen a single link/proof of a promising video of Good Morning that wasn't a VOB file

I remember screen recording that on my old Android phone with VPN running in the background because that app was only available in US and my phone was overheating (hence the small lags in the end) There was no audio but you came through with them HD sound
And this is the ONLY existing footage you can find on the internet after it got deleted from the app truly a gem!

It's the label who is responsible for doing that, not YouTube (VEVO) , YouTube just has permission to have them in their database - like Tidal and Apple Music etc. has
