yeah they’re loosely connected there’s some easter eggs but not overt
Aug 12, 2021·1 replyBout to finish up the season finale. Overall decent first season. The biggest critique I can think of is that they should’ve aged the characters up for the way they act and situations they’re in.
Like Zoya suppose to be 14, but she be moving and talking like she 22
I think JC n em are suppose to be 16-17, they moving like they’re 25. Idk maybe it’s an accurate portrayal of rich kids, I grew up broke in comparison so I don’t know 
On some of the topics they talk about, they do it surprisingly well. So no complaints there. At first I thought an IG page devoted to following teens was weird as f*** and unrealistic, but then my girl told me about TheShadeRoomTeens and all those other IG pages like it
so s*** sorta accurate on that front.The finale was pretty good, looking forward to season 2.
