packages didn’t arrive on scheduled date. Checked the status and it said they had already been delivered by usps. Emailed amazon and told them I didn’t receive them. Got a refund and they came the next day.

Second time I tried it the package was delivered by amazon prime driver. Said it didn’t come when it really did and they said they’ll investigate. Didn’t try anymore after that
