basically we drive these forklift kinda things that go up in the air. Me and someone were parked next to each other about 4 feet up. I had one foot placed on their machine while talking to them and got terminated

I’d definitely sue for that. He’s playing with peoples lively hood.
No basis to sue
Good luck in finding a new job op
If something were to happen to you or your co worker while up there such as injury, your company knows that you would sue even if it’s something you were at fault for. They aren’t taking any chances with employees so I guess they have to make an example out of you
Meanwhile we used to race forks at my job and I remember running over somebody's forks, s*** got real quiet
I get that part but the manager was basically like it’s cool just don’t do it again. Then fired me two days later for it

Sounds like he was willing to let it slide but a superior probably told him he had to fire you for it
How cool were you with your manager?
the probationary period at that job is 90 days. I was there for 2 months and got in trouble for a safety violation
Although companies have a probationary period that’s just a formality. They cannot fire without a warning and showing that they worked with you to correct and educate you on what you did wrong.
I would speak to an employment lawyer if you think you have a case.
Also, do all communication via email that way you have a paper record. People can say one thing and not follow through if it’s verbal.
