I think yes. It makes you more immune to it, reduces chance that it mutates, reduces severity of infection if you do get it. There's never a 0% chances you get it because no vaccine is like that but scientifically it makes sense to get it. You can find a list of ingredients online but you won't understand it

This obviously will save lives.
Another aspect is, that with less patients, it's unlikely that a Triage Scenario will appear, like we seen in Italy or India. The beds within the intensive care units/sections are obviously limited. People still have strokes, injuries etc. and need those beds too. So if we, as a society, can reduce the number of patients with corona on these units, we should do that.
