Halo hasn’t been good for a while, BOTW2 isn’t confirmed for 2020 and may not even live up to how good the first was, which was GOTY 2017, Cyberpunk is a wild card, it LOOKS amazing but it could be brought down by corny writing/dialogue and repetitive quests.

However TLOU2 may be GOTY I’ll give you that, HOWEVER part of the reason you and I and most people probably think that is because the first game is a classic and one of the best modern games period. So, as ghost of Tsushima isn’t a sequel it doesn’t benefit from the same hype. Meaning if it is a classic it will be a huge surprise and not an expected GOTY like TLOU2
