I just asked this. His booking agent must be very hardworking. He isn't relevant anymore commercially. Other artists should be getting the headlining spots over him.

The headliners are alright but not for me personally. I've been around for a couple of Rocky performances at festivals and he seemed really checked out at both. Not a Billie fan but it would be cool to see her. Post...meh.

As for lower billed acts, Freddie & Alc, Future Islands, Orville Peck, Phoebe Bridgers, Big Thief, MIKE, 21, Thug, Carly and Jamie XX sound interesting to me. That's about it. They've had much better lineups.

The only reason I could see it is that his catalog is bigger then most artists. Tbh most artists don’t have the catalog to headline a festival

He doesn't have much of a catalog. His most recognizable album is still his first album. His last 2 albums did nothing and maybe there are like 4/5 songs off those 2 albums that people f*** with/know really well.

Seems like he's still able to coast of his name but that name really doesn't hold any weight anymore.
