gnarlynastyThis is pretty much the side effects of the 808/Trap sound staying on top to long. This is also the side effect of people seriously debating against rappers like Kendrick for being boring compared to a guy like Future.
Well everyone is entitled to their opinion at the end of the day. Kendrick can be "boring" to some.

Rap stopped being about "bars" a long time ago and now its next evolution has arrived in the form of "vibe".

For sure but for Future to be considered “Best Rapper Alive” the bar has to be set extremely low while also moving the goalpost and I guess both have happened

I mean,rappers use to despise other rappers biting them,now having clones is an accolade. And the funny thing is that,Future hasn’t switched up that much since the Monster era. Rap culture is just in the junkyard at this point.

I feel like they’re 7 years late on this claim because Future in 2015 was the closest thing we had to a Wayne run . All those projects, high quality features left & right, and incredible loosie tracks. chart placements & influence were there too l
