Usually I just send offers but I really wanted this piece and didn’t wanna insult him with an offer he didn’t like so I thought texting him was the cautious/safe approach lmao

If he had simply said “no I can’t go lower, price is firm” that would’ve been fine and I would’ve still bought it

He didn’t have to be a d*** about it

He’s a vintage seller with thousands of listings so I thought he’d be open to lowering the price especially since it had been up for 7 months

I must be a dumbass because every time I buy something on Grailed I don’t realize until after I order that the seller is in f***ing Timbuktu. I swear I check this guys profile, or thought I did, good ol usa, then I go through PayPal and checkout and it says “Thanks please allow 3-6 weeks for shipping from Indonesia”. Then I go back and look at his page and sure enough it’s located in Indonesia. F***ing ridiculous. Hate this s***.

damn forgot grailed doesn’t use paypal anymore and now it takes 5 days to get paid after sale

Update : seller shipped DHL express and package arrived while I was out of town. When I got home 2 days later it had already been stolen from my apartments mail area. I contacted security to try and get footage and apparently the camera was angled in a way where you can’t see who stole it.
