Grailed offered 0 support last time somebody tried to get me with a late chargeback attempt.

It’s basically paypal only as soon as an item is sold and paypal usually sides with the buyer. It’s trash and grailed really offers nothing to support the seller

I've been super lucky, PayPal usually sides with the buyer but I get to keep the money because of the Seller Protection Plan, so I never went to Grailed to ask for help. But a new case opened up last night, and I'm just frustrated now.

Damn this why I’m hesitant to post anything that’s nice/expensive.

best thing to do is to only set your items for offers, not BIN so you can screen buyers that seem sketchy

Grailed is a mid site at best and it boggles my mind that people list expensive stuff on there as well

what do you use for nicer stuff? cause eBay is even worse for me. The minute I list something I get hit w an offer that’s like 20$ more than my listing price and is from some dude w an address in like the middle of Asia but wants it shipped to Los Angeles.

Lately only local depop and regional selling apps.

Depop is lot more personal and smaller sites generally have less weird people out to get you.

careful there are alot of fakes on depop but only for hype stuff, i usually see tons of steals for smaller brands
