can I refund a buyer if shipping is too expensive? I sold two pieces but due to the virus, the shipping providers raised their prices to ridiculous levels ($57 for a 1.5 kg package).

Yeah lol you dont even have to give a reason when refunding, or if you do u can just pick from a drop down menu on paypal

Just to be safe I always take a pic of the tracking info and if it’s something more expensive you could ask for signature release

so some dude made a binding offer today and I accepted the offer.

right after I accepted the offer dude asks me if there are any defects to the product. My listing description clearly states there are small scratches on the product from moving and I have 5 close up photos of these scratches..

dude said he thought I meant the plastic was ripped in some places (cause my product is still in the plastic and there is a small tear in the plastic wrap) when I said the product had scratches..

money’s already in my account and I already bought a box and paid for shipping.
