My dream was them doing an 80’s storyline in Vice City and then it switched halfway through the campaign (or throughout the campaign back and forth) to a modern Vice City, which would be doable with today’s technology. Then set the online portion in the modern city so you can do all that extra bullshit with rockets and jet planes for the normies 😂
80s nostalgia is played out by now, come on bro, it's been 40 years.
Either put it in present day like GTA V was or go into the 00s decade, late 90s at the earliest (GTA SA was 1992)
