    I’d keep messing w it in illustrator, get as much done there as you can. It’ll be easier to edit as separate vector shapes on one layer.

    I think you’re right about opacity. It’s probably around 10% There may be a specific blend mode being used to produce that range of color using only one actual color, but you could probably accomplish it by selecting colors individually. Whatever works for you.

    Once you’ve got it as close as you can then bring it over to psd for texture and glow and all that.

    Yours will probably end up cleaner than the original, it looks like they duplicated and scaled the shapes pretty sloppily

    I’m very beginner at 3D, how are you accomplishing these colors? Is it being rendered in the program or are you editing the levels of the image in post?

    Rendered with Octane for Cinema4D. And also I paint over it or reference my renders as paintings so they are mostly digitally drawn
