Got that 1 of 1 voice facts
Daddy Yankee--Jay Z/Lebron of reggaeton. Lived literally all the eras. May not have been #1 for too long but was top 5 basically his entire career. Always knew how to adapt to the new trends and keep up with the younger generations.
Tego--greatest solo album in reggaeton history imo one of the best flows and lyricist around. Had a dialect and aesthetic that was perfectly mixed with salsa. Didn't last as long as the others due to d**** and other issues but El Abayarde is the reggaeton Illmatic.
Don Omar--the most versatile artist in the genres history and probably the highest peak/prime. From about 02-06 he truly was "el que todo lo pega"(basically the one who makes every song a hit). He doesn't just have hits--he has anthems. If DY is Lebron, he is Jordan.
Shoutout the 3 kings
For me it’s either Oye Mi Canto or All Up to You
All Up To You is so good
Akon ripped his verse so crazy
