i was expecting some joyner lucas tier lyrical miracle bs but nah s*** blew me away tbh

now if em adds some more guys to the shady roster with boogie and grip.. he might got something going on over there...

It was a surprise The production sounds really big/ambitious

I said this in the other thread but it was buried because of arguing about kendrick lamar and eminem, but this guy is really talented and this project is really interesting as a career springboard (Snubnose too). The only real complaint I think is that he hasn't found his unique style yet, he wears his influences on his sleeve right now. Other than that he's extremely versatile and his ear for genre mixing and different styles is great. Modern Shady lowkey has a great ear for new artists between this guy and WS Boogie. Just wish they had greater notoriety and resources. Guys like this & Boogie again are lowkey way more interesting than people TDE (or even Dreamville too) are signing recently imo but people just arent as interested in the label

Eminem does know WHO to sign, we'll give him that
