how's that new benny sounding? haven't peep that yet i don't see much talk about it

Usually think real bad man’s beats are kinda cheap and plain sounding but this new Boldy album has his best stuff ever imo.

People say this about all of boldy’s albums recently but this one does feel like a step above his new regular album release level of quality

More like 5 years straight with a lot of hits and misses since 2021. I still think HWH 8A is Gunn’s biggest miss ever. Con and Benny continue to miss with these random EPs

Nah, Side A is one of STOVE’S greatest.

Side B is better in every aspect from features to production. A is too predictable, too redundant, s/o Denny LaFlare

I do agree side b is better and you lowkey right all my favorite verses are stoves

Thought that new Benny project was nicer than y'all made it sound.

Harry Fraud joint is incredible. Boldy collab is real nice. "Program" was dope as well.

Styles P joint is cool. Money & Power was terrible though.

Denny Laflare is not a good producer.

Does anybody talk about Denny Laflare’s instrumentals tapes? Beats outside of Griselda?

Why don’t people talk about Griselda as much when Denny Laflare has contributed the most beats post their initial 5-year run with Daringer? (Hint, it’s not project fatigue, the production is not that good)

Their sound got pretty boring imo. S*** felt fresh in the late 2010s and started getting kinda repetitive in the first couple years of the 2020s

Minus a few things from Boldy and Gunn, Almost everything I hear from them now is just kinda mid. F*** all these lame ass boring no name producers they keep working with

I’ve said this itt before but ENOUGH with the slow, pitched down piano/detuned synth + pitched down, not so hard hitting drumbreak beats. They’re annoying, Repetitive and insanely easy to make. You can literally download a beat butcha drum kit and make 5 of them in 20 minutes

Feeling this Boldy thought Id skip through but beats and flows got me interested.
