this project is my s***. I haven't stopped playing it since it dropped. Idk where to rank it because it just dropped but do NOT sleep. Especially if you f*** with Robert Glasper-Kamasi type prod. S*** is sooooo fire.

I'm not dismissing it, I just think it's too early to just replace it with any of his three projects with Alchemist

Boldface is just an EP and Chemistry set is Another great project but to me it’s not on the level of TPOTIC Either lyrically or from a production standpoint, and the new project has literally been on repeat since it dropped, its pretty flawless to me, already bumped it more than chemistry set tbh.

I don't know about lyrics as Boldy is not really a rapper I look to for that but the features and production (PRIME ALC!!) are insane on Chemistry Set.

Hell no he’s not on the same level as alchemist, Never heard of dude before, but that project just clicks better for me, chemistry set never really has for me, maybe I need to give it a few more spins, I’m not saying it’s bad at all, I just enjoyed the new project way more. But TPOTIC is better than both

I don't think you can compare the two. It's like comparing a Robert Glasper project and a Nas project. The production is so different it's not really worth the discussion. I just love live drums and instruments, so I really f*** with the Manger project. Both are great though and Im so happy Boldy got this resurgence after his release

I mean, I think it’s a bit more comparable than that but I get what you’re saying!lol tbh Boldy is crafting a very strong discography so far, that and the two alc joints are his 3 official albums right? I know he’s had a lot of tapes prior to that, but those three studio albums right out the blocks... that’s pretty impressive imo
