Plugs I Met 2 etc. had some decent bars, but the beats are much(!!!) weaker and there are far less dope bars. Tana Talk 3 and some of Bennys older stuff was just much harder.

Recent Benny hate is really stupid. Idk why there is this need to always rotate someone to be the weak member. Like the way Conway was in fall 2019 or West last fall. I loved Plugs 2 but even if you don’t is there no patience or trust at all in someone you put on this high pedestal with TT3 and all? Doesn’t make sense to me

What it comes down to for me, and others I’m sure, is that his production is getting way more clean/basic/forgettable, and he’s working with a lot of very typical/run of the mill popular features. That’s without mentioning his rapping has plateaued hard
