This guy mixed/mastered La Maquina too and I f***in hated the mix on there. S*** was soooo quiet and flat sounding.

Conway used to have great mastering too like all his prior projects sounded great musically, i don’t know eho the f*** the djs or mixer is… chances are it was a payola thing

I edited it down the best I could removed the useless talking and pullbacks added the no dj version of the songs previously released and it’s still hard to listen to lol

The dude (Toneyboi) is a Drumwork affiliate, so I understand Con letting him mix La Maquina because it was kind of a showcase project for the label but still, he needs to stay the F*** away from any future releases.

Conway used to never miss on projects, artwork was on point, mixes and masters were a1, got a good mix between freestyles and original production. He went from every tape being amazing to this new “this s*** effortless” and it shows in the music. Look what I became was horrendous food 3 super forgettable, la maquina was ass, the big ghosts tapes both are mid. Smh fktag showed promise but then multiple bad releases after that and now gdmm gonna provide a bunch of false hope cause it’s great but the songs are also all 2-3 yrs old.
