Jan 19, 2023Man, I can't get enough of Rome Streetz album. Incredible production and lyrics. Honestly one of my favorite Griselda projects of the last few years. It's sooooo good and underrated.

THAT BEING SAID, I’m still waiting on a proper follow up to Bo Jackson. Everything since then (including Super Tecmo Bo) has felt like free throws. Which ain’t necessarily a bad thing, but Bo Jackson was another level and makes everything else around it wither by comparison
I think the only two people that can get this out of him are either Gunn or Alc. I’d really love to hear a proper WSG exec Griselda debut (not counting that Versace Tape)

THAT BEING SAID, I’m still waiting on a proper follow up to Bo Jackson. Everything since then (including Super Tecmo Bo) has felt like free throws. Which ain’t necessarily a bad thing, but Bo Jackson was another level and makes everything else around it wither by comparison
I think the only two people that can get this out of him are either Gunn or Alc. I’d really love to hear a proper WSG exec Griselda debut (not counting that Versace Tape)
Super Tecmo Bo was introspective/hard as s***, with incredible beats imo. Felt like a pretty worthy follow up to me

I agree it's starting to feel oversaturated. I love Boldy but we didn't need this album, Be That As it May or Mr. 1008. Fair Exchange No Robbery was pretty dope

I agree with this. Tecmo felt like bonus joints but still was a good way to cap off 2021 after Bo Jackson.
I love Fair Exchange but it kinda got lost with the four other projects he released in the past few months. Boldy has to get back to planned out, high quality drops. I’m not even sure how this Griselda partnership is working but 3 years in, West has only curated one project and Boldy has mentioned every project but his Griselda follow up
