Wayyy better story than GTA 5, far more interesting

It washes GTA V, way better than 3 niggas robbing banks, that's why they needed the gimmick of swapping mcs

GTA 4 had the best story imo

depends, if it's ps2 in 1080p, then f*** no, cause it still looks like ps2.
But if these are some 1:1 remakes that are graphically equal to gta v/rdr2, then yes

If you get the chance, definitely play it. It has some of the best missions in all of GTA.

It’s kinda weird how Rockstar treats GTA 4 tbh. SA, VC, and GTA3 all got rereleases on both 7th and 8th gen consoles.

Why can’t GTA4 get that treatment?

not sure but i think gta 3 / vc / sa all made with kind of the same engine with slight tweaks and overall all the ports of that (pc / xbox / ps) were good so maybe remastering it was easy (and if u remaster one prob the other ones easy aswell)

gta 4 especially on PC is a complete mess still, i mean current gen can handle it but for a very very long time no hardware could handle it on max settings with high fps

just like rdr1

so maybe gta 4 just would take too long / not worth the investment or something

Vice City had my personal favorite story, but I think San Andreas is the peak of the entire series

if this does well theres no way they dont start remastering all their old games including 4 theyve got a whole studio for it now

Feels like 4 is that one that kinda got lost to time even though it's not all that old. Like whenever people talk about the GTA's they played as kids it's always SA or VC, and even though we all played 4 it doesn't get brought up nearly as much.

4 the black sheep of the series even though it’s way better than 5

I feel like I would skip GTA III

Liberty City stories though

its the middle child so to speak. young kids love V because the online is more their speed and its what they grew up with. and older players grew up playing III, VC, and SA.

IV is the best of both worlds, imo, i put a lot of hours back in the day into online multiplayer. the pvp community was really fun back then. and the story is 10/10 and on par with VC and SA

Just did another playthrough of GTA 4 and it's amazing still

I think we literally getting a straight PS3 port. If it was a remaster or remake they’d be shouting about it from the rooftops.

I hope not, that PS3 port was some glitchy s*** when I played it back in June
