Why does everyone hate this so much? It’s a remaster, not remake. Idk what y’all expected lol

No offense but have you read any of this thread or watched any YouTube videos about this?

All of the issues been stated several times already by so many different sources.

Yeah I’m half way into gta 3, yeah there’s glitches here and there, minor things tho. And yeah I hate the rain too, it’s pretty awful. But outside of that, it’s not bad

If you're gonna remaster 20 year old games, sell them at full price, and expect people to buy it who already own the originals, "not bad" isn't cutting it for me, I expect great remasters that significantly improve upon the originals.

I don't think these games are awful but it's obvious Rockstar made a half assed effort on this. Will still play through these, but I think people's disappointment is completely justified.

I mean it’s $20 a game. It’s not full price. If they charged $60 a game, I’d expect a full redo but this is fine for $20

All 3 games share the same game engine both here and in the originals, it's not 3 entirely unique games, they even share graphical assets

But it will disable trophies if you're into getting them.

The fact the this is becoming okay the release games unfinished and deal with the blowback and make empty promises after you have everyone’s money is troubling.

Gaming companies have caught on that it’s okay to do this now and will become common practice at this point. There needs to be legal repercussions for s*** like this.

The problem isn't so much just a unreleased game. We didn't have this officially announced, a date, trailer or gameplay. We had rumors but there was literally no rush on this. You chould have dropped it early next year or even next summer or winter and no one would care. Especially since VI is a ways out. Instead they rushed it for Quarter earnings and a game that will be mass purchased before holiday season then can just update with patches. Slapped their name on it because 80% of gamers just see GTA and think Rockstar very few are like "oh this is grovestreetgames" so they just trust it.
