Nah you’re right they could’ve done better in that aspect. Just a tiny bit more polish to make it not look jarring

it's very tough to pull off though like all realistic or all cartoony would have their problems

Couple of my thoughts:

3 cityscape behind the subway shot looks fantastic and does just enough to make it feel like the same Liberty City from 4

I saw someone disappointed that the mechanics were going to be more like V than IV. IV's controls and heavy physics feel are completely antithetical to San Andreas.

As far as controls go, the biggest thing for me is they don't f*** up BMX peddling or swimming like they did with the port of the ioS versions. I see people say they want the controls fixed, but they gave it modern options in the mobile port and it did not matter because they f***ed BMX and swimming up so bad.

Soundtrack will be neutered. Be realistic. You expect music rights to balance against a budget and that the license will be as easy to acquire as it was when I was 10? When companies are buying catalogs off of artists like Bob Dylan and Stevie Nicks every day?

San andreas doesn't look that "cartoony" to me

one day, someone smart in gaming/record labels is going to figure out how to incorporate music into games and allow labels to make streaming money off the music, therefore not needing any license.

Forza Horizon had that figured out with its Groove Music integration. Idk how that didn't catch on. It seems so lucrative. I see zero reason we can't have Spotify integration, on the side.

Spotify would've been way better but with Groove you could use Dropbox for leaks
