Everything has to do with image, Kendrick hanging with Morgan Wallen and constantly endorsing loses him a support, Lil Durk meanwhile won’t even have a dent on his career for doing this because there’s a stereotype that street rappers aren’t supposed to be as “racism conscious”, when he’s been in a music industry space for almost a decade

He got a lil pushback but ultimately it was a non story at the time.
