the state is obligated to prove without a doubt through LEGAL means that someone committed a crime. imo (and in the opinions of many other ppl smarter and more successful and more well read than most of this site) the state is proving their case through f***ed up, illegal, unconstitutional methods.

That’s really the only thing of substance in any of Gunna’s charges, and it’s f***ed theyre bringing back charges that were already dismissed, and should stay that way
