how serious are these ingredient websites where they show you all the ingredients of the product you were looking for and show you if they are bad for you or not?

the ones ive seen are pretty good for checking for sulfates and whatever

mmm on occasion, I feel like I have it pretty figured out with my routine now but I have really straight and pretty thin hair even though I have a lot of it (kinda like asian hair ig) so volume and texture can be hard to achieve
