Monday Release
rift s or vive
depends what you want. vive has better tracking because of the light houses (can track when s*** behind your back and s***), rift s got no lighthouses and inside out cameras. The tracking on the rift s is very good though and ive never had it fail me. Also worth mentioning the vive is OLED and the Rift S is LED. Also the IPD on the rift s is fixed at i think 64, so make sure your ipd is around 61-67 if youre going that route. Also the rift s is 80hz and the vive is 90hz. honestly i cant tell the difference between 80 and 90, s***s still smooth
i really hope Half Life Alyx supports the oculus SDK. oculus SDK is just much better than steamvr

distance between your pupils when looking straight. if you got an iphone or a phone that uses face id, theres an app called eye measure which can measure it.
or go to a mirror with a ruler, put one pupil at 0mm, and then record the other mm on the other pupil
