Halo 3 was great but I think what makes ODST stand out in the world of FPSs is that it was slower and more about the average soldiers rather than the one game changing super soldier. Don't get me wrong they're both great in their own respect but ODST was all of the atmosphere of Floodgate and none of the frustration
