God of War had a much better and more complete looking gameplay demo 2 years before its launch on a f***ing PS4. 343 is clearly just a s*** developer who cant handle MS's biggest franchise.

I have a gaming PC. I want this game to look and play good and I actually would like to play this on Game Pass. I probably still will. Doesnt make me blind to the fact that 343 dropped the ball. I am hoping the actual game will still be well made, but I'm just saying dont keep your hopes up for it to change from the demo.

Watching the trailer compared to the demo again, without being drowned by hype

Very obvious comparing just the two that the demo is much older than the trailer, and from what was shown, as well as the environments from the 2018 reveal, it’s safe to say that this game is extremely expansive

I do hope the final looks much better as it should, after 5 years, a rumoured 500m budget and for the first time in series history, a new engine, it should.

I won’t be purchasing, game pass is the best option if you’re a skeptic like myself

I’m expecting multiplayer to look much sharper due to closer environments, only thing I’m worried about is the technical aspects of running a BR on a huge dynamic environment that seems to have large optimization issues by itself. I’m not saying the graphics are acceptable but definitely could be worse, especially if take in the full scope of what it is they’re trying to do, which we honestly don’t know fully just yet

Also the pop in/out is just ridiculous there is no reason for mere grass to de load as you walk past it at the very least while it’s still on screen. And the clouds going up the lift? Not sure how someone doesn’t see that at MS or anyone who oversaw what was published the other day

One thing I want from halo is more war torn maps. I like High Ground and Headlong and Turf and things like that. I know the maps are typically made to be symmetrical But some of the maps just feel like "arenas" for mlg and less immersive. The forerunner structures always seemed near indestructible to me so that makes sense.
