I don't wish that on him or the fans that have paid a s*** amount of money to see him on tour but with conditioning and doing demanding physical tasks as an athlete/touring artist, if you head out on tour and your body isn't right enough, there's almost zero doubt you'll break down, especially with someone like Drake who likes to cram 50+ tour dates into a 3-4 month period that has him performing 4-5 times a week. That'll take a huge toll on someone who is crazy prepared, yet alone someone who isn't. Same goes for singers and their voices. Morgan Wallen had to pause his tour less than 10 dates in because he lost his voice and couldn't perform. Even when that happened with the Weeknd, it was because of lack of thorough preparation before the tour began and then trying to force the voice when it started showing signs of fatigue.
If you're a very disciplined performer who takes your craft as seriously as you should, most of these issues won't come your way. Often times, when they do, it's due to a lack of preparedness on the artist's part (even though they'll never admit it).

I'm not saying he shouldn't drink at all but that man has everything he could need to entertain himself at his house in Toronto. He hasn't toured extensively in 5 years. This isn't a one-off show at a festival or coming out as a special guest at someone else's show. He should be getting his conditioning in and rehearsing so his body doesn't breakdown halfway into the tour.
He ain't doing s*** out there in Miami. He's just there partying like he hasn't spent the last 3 straight years doing that already like damn nigga lol.
This is the time to lock it in and go dark. Record if you need to but more importantly, make sure you're 100% prepared for the 4-month road trek you're about to embark on. He isn't getting any younger. Drinking/partying out all night and thinking you can just do a quick 1/2-week rehearsal and be ready for a 4-month tour is irresponsible thinking but whatever.

Why would he prepare for shows when the bar is so low? People will give his bad vocals a pass because he has a lot of joints and he’ll just make the crowd sing it and they’ll have fun. No one is gonna really hold him accountable for meh shows so there’s no pressure
