Finally watched that 45 minute showcase and the combat actually impressed me It looked repetitive and spammy in trailers but it seems thought out and I love the ability to combo spells. The attention to detail in Hogwarts looks crazy too, it's really going to be a love letter to HP fans filled with type moments

I think where this game is going to fall flat is the interaction with other characters. The voice acting seems stiff and lip syncing is off. These characters seem so robotic, that actually did a lot to ruin the immersion in games like HZD. Eventually I didn't really care what characters had to say and I was just skipping through dialogue Hopefully that doesn't end up being the case in this

Writing is what I think will end up being the weakest link.

I still can’t get over the fact that the central narrative is about suppressing the rebellion of another race.

Hopefully it isn’t all as it seems.
